How recruitment works

Applying for an internship at Extramus takes a few minutes. Here is the whole journey — from your application to your official acceptance letter.

    Choose a department & profile

    On the application page, browse the open departments (Marketing, Finance…) and pick the profile that matches you. Each profile is a specific internship role.

    Fill in your details

    Enter your name, email (this is where every update will be sent), phone number and a link to your CV. No account or password is needed.

  3. 3

    Choose your accommodation

    Tell us how you would like to be housed during your internship:

    • Single room — a room just for you.
    • Double room — a shared room (same gender).
    • Own accommodation — you arrange your own housing, nothing is reserved.

    Choose your period

    Pick your arrival and departure dates on the calendar. Only dates with a room available for your choice can be selected, so the period you choose is always bookable.

    Take the test — or apply directly

    Depending on the profile, one of two things happens:

    QCM With a quiz

    You take a short timed multiple-choice test online. It's corrected automatically and you get your score by email right away.

    Direct Without a quiz

    Some roles have no test — you simply submit your application form and receive a confirmation email.

    Get your result & book an interview

    You receive an email with the outcome:

    • Passed / application received — the email invites you to book an interview with our team through the link provided.
    • Not passed — the email tells you the date from which you can try again, and you can always apply to another department.
  7. 7

    After the interview

    Once the interview is done, our team makes a decision and you receive a final email:

    • Accepted — you get a link to complete a few details, and your official Erasmus+ Letter of Acceptance is generated and emailed to you.
    • Not selected — you receive a notification so you're never left waiting.
